| The world economic crises occurred since2008. it’s the common view of industry upgrading based on the technological innovation among the whole world countries, and the re-industrialization become the popular topic again in the developed countries. The development of the equipment manufacturing industry, especially the advanced, plays an important role in the industrialization or re-industrialization. Therefore, it’s called the spine of industry. China has become a country with the sound industrial system from an agricultural country since1949, especially the reform and open-up, and successfully obtained the quick progress for national economy, promoting the industrial process. According to the research of Zhu Min from the State Information Center,"for our country, it will be ended, in2014, for the middle stage of industrialization, and become into the post-industrialization." From the technologically, thanks to the development of the equipment manufacturing industry, our country could achieve the grand accomplishment, also the Petrochemical Equipment Manufacturing Industry playing a significant role.It’s known that the petroleum is praised as the blood of industry, and the Equipment Manufacturing Industry as the industrial master. We hereby could understand the importance of the Petrochemical Equipment Manufacturing Industry to the industry and national economy. In a word, it can be developed, as the development of the other Equipment Manufacturing Industry, both from the technological innovation and management update. The former is to promote the technological effect via new technique; the latter is to update the management efficiency by carrying out the new administration.This article, based on the thinking of analysis before, would explore the matter about the design of organization from the management. It is divided into six chapters.In the opening chapter, we just explain the background, significance, contents and approaches of the research. In chapter two, we provide the relevant theory for research. Business Process Reengineering (BPR) and the Modern enterprise organization theory. In chapter three, we simply analyze the external conditions and the status for the development of the Petrochemical Equipment Manufacturing Industry. The chapter four and five are the key part in this article, the three companies (A\B\C) affiliated to the Group Company, are set an example. Mckinsey’s7S model and SWOT model are applied to explain the reconstruction for the companies in chapter four, and in the chapter five, the flat, learning organization must be construction, given from the design of organization through the reconstruction of the three, to share resources.Finally, nowadays in China, the role of government is indispensable, and the reconstruction also imperative for the Petrochemical Equipment Manufacturing Industry in the whole county. It both refers to the optimally utilization of resources, and the steady development for the future. |
