Refining engineering firms are important parts of building industry, which play an important role in national economy. In recent years refining engineering firms have developed fast and stably. They have made great progress and pushed economy forward. They have become an important role for further increase of our economy. At the same time the development environment, market structure and competition of refining engineering industry have become more and more complicated and fierce, so many refining engineering firms are facing great development pressure. How to be market-oriented, to make marketing strategy and to carry out strategies according to operation environment, industry status, company development and customer demand are the major issues for specialists and business managers.This article takes SC, a refining engineering company for example and uses the method of theory and practice with modern marketing theory. It uses the theory of marketing and management and analyzes relevant data. It begins with macro environment of political and legal environment, economical environment, social and cultural environment, technical environment and marketing environment at home and abroad and competitive structure. It combines SC’s internal environment, marketing status, analysis of pros and cons. It proposes the medium and long-term development opinion and target. It designs the international marketing strategy, integrated marketing strategy and differentiated marketing strategy. It suggests to propel integrated marketing in refining engineering business, to build perfect three-dimensional marketing system, collect information resources effectively and subdivides target market, cultivates good customer relationships, build core competence and promote brand marketing. It provides reference for SC’s long-term plan and marketing competence improvement.
