The Study On Optimization Policy Of The Yellow River Detla Regional Circular Economy Industry

"The Development plan of the Yellow River delta efficient ecological economic zone" has been approved by the State Council formally implemented, the Yellow River delta development as national strategies."The Development plan of the Yellow River delta efficient ecological economic zone" was the development of circular economy. Circular economy as a new mode of development, to resource conservation and environmental friendly as the basic concept, was very much in line with the actual needs of Yellow River Delta development. However, some existing problems in the Yellow River Delta area of circular economy industrial policy, seriously affected the development of regional circular economy of industry of the Yellow River delta. In view of this, with analysis current situation of the development of regional industry base in the Yellow River Delta, it was analyzed the existing problems in the development of circular economy industry in this paper. Aiming at these problems, combining the characteristics of the present industrial development of the Yellow River Delta, the optimization of the Yellow River Delta regional circular economy industrial policy was brought up.
