The price is the key link that decides product to currency conversion, which is the key to corporate strategic objectives or management standards at all levels eventually realize its value. In the context of China’s industrial upgrading and transformation, part of the manufacturing enterprises change from OEM mode to ODM, OBM mode through technology development and brand was founded. At this point, product pricing has become a new and significant challenge facing enterprises. Ability to establish and perfect the product pricing system, not only related to the ability to achieve business objectives, and is also related to the growth and the market value of the corporate brand.BRC Company for the study, researches the company on how to improve its product pricing system to adapt to the needs of new business development model. First, this paper summarizes product pricing system theory to provide a theoretical basis for later analysis. Then, according to train of thought that identify problems, analyze problems and solute those problems, this paper argues that the BRC Company needs to establish and improve the pricing system as the increase of product line, widening of marketing channel and the creation of its own brand. And this paper analyzes the existing problems of the BRC current pricing system. On this basis, this paper puts forward some specific proposals, including the pricing clear objectives and principles, reconstruction of the pricing process and improved pricing strategies and methods. At last, this paper also points out some precautions to ensure the smooth and effective implementation of the recommendations for improvement. Through the analysis and research, on the one hand, this paper can help the BRC Company to establish and perfect its product pricing system. On the other hand, it also attempts to provide some useful reference for other companies facing similar problems.
