Study On The Influence Of Gansu Province’s Financial Ecological Environment On The Efficiency Of Credit Allocation

In the indirect financial Gansu, bank credit funds real up to its name as the blood of the development of the national economy, supporting the region’s economic growth. Capital as a resource inherent scarcity, therefore, continuously improve the efficiency of the allocation of the credit funds to the banking sector is an important financial mission. The level of bank credit funds allocation efficiency depends both on the bank’s internal financial environment, such as the level of economic development, the legal environment, social integrity, and government behavior is closely related to the financial system, the impact of external social and economic environment is also affected. Financial ecological environment in Gansu Province Factors Influencing, easy to improve the level of efficiency of the allocation of bank credit funds in Gansu Province, the credit funds and thus play a more effective role in promoting economic development in Gansu Province.The paper is divided into seven sections. The first part of the Introduction mainly on article research background, significance and Research, and research ideas, methods; the second part on the basis of the defined financial ecological environment and credit funds allocation efficiency meanings, ecological theory of two closely related financial and theory provides an overview of the efficiency of resource allocation; third part of the use of the Wurgler model Gansu Province, credit funds allocation efficiency measure; fourth part of Gansu Province, five financial ecological sub-environment:the level of economic development, cultural and credit environment, legal environment, on the basis of the evaluation of market intermediaries, government behavior, Gansu Province, the overall financial environment level visits; fifth part from a theoretical point of view of the mechanism of the effect of the financial ecological environment on the efficiency of the allocation of credit funds; part VI of the use of time series models an empirical test of financial ecological environment in Gansu Province, the efficiency of the allocation of credit funds. The results showed that the level of economic development, cultural and credit environment, legal environment, market intermediaries, acts of government credit funds allocation efficiency of Gansu Province were:37.54%,19.24%,10.75%,12.42%,9.09%. Part VII of the base on the empirical conclusions of the examination,the suggestions to improve the financial environment in Gansu Province, in order to improve the allocative efficiency of Gansu Province.
