With basic finance analysis method, financial statement analysis, financial index analysis and financial comprehensive analysis, a detailed analysis of its business state and financial status is conducted and meanwhile a comprehensive analysis and evaluation of the GDWT company’s financial situation and business performance made. The paper is to find the existing problems in the financial management as well as the achievement and deficiency of the company, put forward the solution to the problem, thus making corresponding suggestions to the operation of GDWT company managers, investors’investment, and helping make the rational judgment on the company’s development trend.
