With the economic globalization and arrival of the era of knowledge economy, thecompetition between enterprises has changed from the past to change the traditionalhardware conditions of competition management and personnel based softwarecompetition."People-oriented" incentive mechanism has become a hotspot of present humanresources management. The value of the enterprise will eventually need to rely onadvanced management and excellent staff to achieve. How to motivate the employeeswithin the company, stimulate their subjective initiative, so as to achieve win-wincompany and individual, is an important topic facing enterprise managers.With the rapid development of Chinese economy, many internationalMulti-National Corporation as soon as possible in order to seize the Chinese market,using China’s cheap labor, have to invest and build factories in China, in order toenhance the competitiveness of products.PSG company is in the tide of Chineseinvestment to build production plant, in the economic situation in Europe and theUnited States in recent years the decline of the situation, the China factory is upstream,at an average annual rate of17%increase in rapid development.With the continuous development of the company’s China business growth, thecorresponding problems are constantly emerging, there have been problems such as theloss of key employees, employee satisfaction is not high, serious enterprise core teamcohesion is not strong. How to face the challenges of competition in the fierce marketcompetition, more to maximize the development and utilization of the existing humanresources, improve the cohesion and centripetal force of the company, improveemployee satisfaction, build a good competitive core team and so on a series ofproblems and challenges we are facing. This thesis draws the bottleneck problems exist in PSG company, seriously restrictthe long-term healthy development of enterprises through the investigation, such as thedesign of the incentive for employees of the lack of long-term mechanism, neglect ofstaff hysteresis effect exists in the implementation of employee incentive not salary andincentives are not in place, the team consciousness, and analyzes the root causes of theproblem the. This paper made some innovations in some theoretical basis, puts forwardsome theories of the incentive principle, feasibility and concrete measures of incentives,feasibility of these are beneficial to the company’s incentive mechanism, at the sametime will lean production tool PDCA for the first time, the incentive mechanism,establish and implement the contribution to the theory of the incentive mechanism forenterprises in the same industry human resources.
