The Research On The Regional Policy About Undertaking Industrial Transfer From Yangtze River Delta Area To Megalopolises Along Yangtze River In Anhui Province

The fourth wave of industrial transfer is in full swing now, since2008, this wave was significantly expanded and accelerated due to a variety of factors. The mass trade and investment activities industrial transfer pulls, not only promoted territorial economy, but also an important cooperation form between regions and countries. Industrial transfer would put profound impacts both on the move-out place and the move-in place, and this time obviously would bring great opportunity to central and western regions,but will last only a few years, this asks the central and western governments to set practical and advanced regional policies to grasp the precious chance to carry on the industrial transfer and to promote the economic quantity and to optimize industrial structure.Due to the lack of nature resource and conditions to accommodate the industrial transfer, and applicable policies, during the process, central and western area are not efficiently implemented, and problems occurs. How to realize the regular pattern, and what kind of role governments should play in the transfer, what kind of policies are applicable, become burning questions.In this paper, it stated the current situation of undertaking the transfer in Megalopolises along Yangtze River in Anhui province, and analyzed the regional policies made and published by the governments of Anhui Province and the regional policies about industrial transfer from other countries of the world, analyzed the good and bad aspects of the policies of Yangtze river region, and finally put forward a few suggestions about regional policies to Megalopolises along Yangtze River in Anhui province according to existing problems.
