Problems And Countermeasure Research On Undertaking Industrial Transfer In Hubei Province

Under the condition of market economy,the economic development of developed areas is faster.Enterprises transfer part of their production to underdeveloped areas through cross-regional investment.This economic phenomenon is called industrial transfer.Industrial transfer can effectively adjust the economic structure and promote industrial upgrading.At present,there have been three major wave of industrial transfer in the world.Japan,South Korea,the Pearl River Delta,the Yangtze River Delta and other regions have also seized the golden opportunity to undertake industrial transfer and realized the transformation from underdeveloped areas to developed areas.In recent years,the upsurge of industrial transfer has gradually spread to inland areas,and Hubei has become a strong competitor to undertake industrial transfer in the central region.Depending on the abundant natural resources,many industrial transfer parks have been constructed in Hubei Province to actively undertake industrial transfer.In this process,some specific problems have also been encountered.Only by concentrating on solving these problems can Hubei Province stand out in the fierce competition and become the first choice of enterprise industry transfer.In the first part,the background and significance of this study are elaborated,and the related research results of domestic and foreign scholars on industrial transfer are introduced from the causes and effects of industrial transfer and the influencing factors of the choice of undertaking grounding of industrial transfer.The second part introduces the theory of industrial transfer.In the third part,based on the current situation of undertaking industrial transfer in Hubei Province,the paper expounds some practical problems in the process of industrial transfer in Hubei Province,such as weak industrial comprehensive supporting capacity,inadequate investment attraction,inadequate prevention and control of environmental pollution,and inadequate investment environment.The fourth part analyses the factors that influence the undertaking of industrial transfer in Hubei Province from two aspects: favorable factors and unfavorable factors.The fifth part introduces the experience of typical countries and regions at home and abroad in undertaking industrial transfer,providing some references for Hubei Province.In the sixth part,according to the analysis results above and the specific problems encountered in the process of undertaking industrial transfer in Hubei Province,the paper puts forward some countermeasures,such as enhancing the comprehensive supporting capacity of industries,improving the level of investment promotion,strengthening investment promotion,strengthening supervision,preventing potential risks,optimizing the investment environment,highlighting the advantages of Hubei Province,and enterprises attaching importance to and taking positive actions.Finally,the paper summarizes and puts forward research prospects.
