Anhui To Undertake The Yangtze River Delta Industrial Transfer Research

Since China adopting the reform and opening door policy? our economy has developed rapidly, but the regional economic development is faced with the situation of imbalance. Being the strongest comprehensive economic circle, as the pace of upgrading and transferring of the industrial structure fasting, the Yangtze River Delta region is accelerating its process of regional economic integration. As the impact of environment and elements, the Yangtze River Delta region, especially the increasing dependence on neighboring low-cost resource-rich areas begins apparent. Anhui, with the eyes of the Yangtze River Delta region, has a culture, location and resources advantage. There is a big gap between Anhui's economy and the Yangtze River Delta region, so, Anhui should actively take the initiative to undertake Anhui Yangtze River Delta, following the transfer and the industrial division of the Yangtze River Delta,using its comparative advantages, becomes the only way of accelerating its promotion.Firstly, this paper analyzing the general state of the Yangtze River Delta industrial development and industrial transfer of power mechanism. Then, we introduced the Yangtze River Delta region's economic advantages and experienced environmental pressures, the elements of the bottlenecks and structural isomorphism, requiring urgent transfer of industries. Secondly, we introduce the Advantage of Anhui undertaking industrial shift. This is a mutually beneficial process for them. Finally, through the industrial gradient coefficient model, we concluded five industries: Washing coal mining industry, the rubber products industry, plastics industry, non-ferrous metal smelting. And then we put forward some specific measures and suggestions.
