With China's economics increasing recently,the development of commercial banks are facing more and more crises and challenges.Crisis and challenges for the increasingly drastic competition among banks,and the key points of competition are marketing and service.As the vanguard of marketing and service,customer managers are playing an important role in public relations and communication service.Through our research,most of domestic commercial banks do not have mature compensation system.The position of commercial banks in market competition is tightly connected with their customer manager team's building.This paper has studied the compensation system of commercial banks especially for customer managers by collecting literature material,field investigation,questionnaire investigation,experience summary and other research methods.Basing on the existing salary theory,method of performance appraisal theory and combined with Bank of China Jinzhou branch's existing related data and information,this paper has an analyzing for the disadvantage of BOC Jinzhou branch's compensation system for their customer managers,and gives suggestions on the indicators of quantitative appraisal and optimize the details of customer managers' evaluation.The output of this paper are mainly focus some suggestions for commercial banks,which including improvement of Bank of China Jinzhou branch bank customer manager system;determine the customer manager compensation with duty paid;pay the salary by the ability of customers;pay bonus by the performance assessment;improve the management of customer managers' compensation system and make the system has an arousal effects for the customer mangers team.To have a further improvement of BOC Jinzhou branch's customer mangers key factors of performance assessment,banks need optimize the quantitative indicators.By doing so,banks will form a healthy and reasonable mechanism for their compensation system of customer managers,and this will stimulate customer managers' enthusiasm on their work.
