Contestbetween companies is employee performance achievements of the Competition,compared to other industries, the telecom industry face the end customer, is typical ofthe service industry. Account Manager in the market environment is both a companyand customer relations representatives, and representatives of the company’s externalbusiness, customer manager’s performance directly determines the success or failure ofthe battle.Based on the existing mobile company Shaoyang compensation managementsystem to post grades and post grades based on performance-related obvious, can notmeet the new situation and a situation of competition and development needs.
