| The privately-owned sci-tech enterprises were an important part of our national economy, which have made important breakthroughs during the development of China’s economic system. For3decades of the rapid development, the privately-owned sci-tech enterprises have made significant contribution on the local social economy, which have become the important force on promoting China’s economic structural adjustment and economic growth pattern, and improving the capability of independent innovation. As the newly developing enterprise, the privately-owned sci-tech enterprises have their own advantage compared with others. In order to accelerate the development of privately-owned sci-tech enterprises and play their roles, measures and strategies should be made out. On one hand, the enterprises should be made an appropriate technology innovation strategy; on the other hand, the government should create the environment for the privately-owned sci-tech enterprises. In this paper, the innovation mode and strategy research of The privately-owned sci-tech enterprises were chosen to be the objects, to made research on the innovative strategy and policy of the privately-owned sci-tech enterprises.This paper was divided into6chapters. Chapter1was the introduction, which made the introduction of the background, purpose and significance of research methods, research status of home and abroad, to raise the research ideas and methods. Chapter2was the theory part, the concept and characteristic of the privately-owned sci-tech enterprises, and then summarized the relevant scholars on the definition of technology innovation, finally elaborated the theory and related model of technological innovation. Chapter3was the analysis on the innovation status of our national the privately-owned sci-tech enterprises, introduced the technological innovation achievements, and pointed out the constraints. Chapter4was the case study, which exemplified the technology innovation mode of Anhui Sunny Technology Co., Ltd., made the analysis and assessment. Simultaneously, we analyzed the company’s technological innovation mode. Finally, we summarized the experience in the process of technological innovation and deficiencies, and gave Anhui Sunny Technology Co., Ltd. suggestions of technological innovation for improvement. In Chapter5, the privately-owned sci-tech enterprises in technological innovation mode of law was discussed at first, it made the analysis and investigation on the Anhui Sunny Technology Co., Ltd., and gave suggestions from the point view of government and enterprise. Chapter6was the conclusion and research prospects, summarized this article, and prospected the future research. |
