| The cold-chain logistics, as a new emerging industry, was generated under thebackground of meeting the great need of market specialization and its model ofdevelopment is lagging far behind that in foreign countries. It’s due to the developmentof cold-chain logistics is at the beginning period of time that the project schedulemanagement of it is almost blank. The author of this dissertation focuses on making useof the modern project management theory in the building process of No.1cold storageof QiTai Cold-chain Logistics Park so as to control project schedule and cost moreflexible and precisely and carry forward the project more smoothly.The author, on the basis of looking over a great number of papers and journals ofthis kind, takes project schedule management of No.1cold storage of QiTai Cold-chainLogistics Park as an example by combining the Critical Path Managementã€ProgramEvaluation and Review Technique and Method of Earned Value, discusses on how tocollaborate resources reasonablyã€arrange the construction period〠how to recognizethe riskã€formulate schedule plansã€and take effective measures etc.This dissertation applies theory of modern project schedule management in buildingprocess of No.1cold storage of QiTai Cold-chain Logistics Park by adopting the totallynew model of combing CPMã€PERT and Method of Earned Value to dynamicallymonitor cost and schedule so as to make adjustments in time and finally get to thescientific results, which definitely is of great significance to the project management inthe field of cold-chain logistics. |
