The Study Of YT Enterprise's Financial Performance Improvement Under The Perspective Of Supply Chain Based On The EVA

With the intensification of global rivalry,the competition which enterprises facing is increasingly fierce.The supply chain systems are facing the changing environment based on win-together situation instead of the original individual units.The supply chain management is also accepted by enterprises step by step.Supply chain management affects not only enterprises' daily operations,but also their financial performance.In order to measure the impact of supply chain performance on corporate financial performance effectively,we will put the supply chain performance and the enterprise's long-term financial goals together and use the Supply Chain Operations Reference Model to analyze the relationship between it's first level indicators and the Economic Value Added under the view of supply chain.Firstly,after reading of the ex-studies' papers we find that their research generally studying at the short-term financial indicators,only few of them studying at long-term financial indicators.Secondly,from the analysis of daily operation management and financial performance we find that the YT enterprise's financial performance is lower than industry's average.Thirdly,we build the relationship of the SCOR and EVA and confirm the influence which the supply chain performance impacts on the YT enterprise's financial performance.Explore the supply chain performance's improvement method basing on the main supply chain performance indicators.Finally,we propose the concrete scheme of enterprise supply chain performance improvement and analyze the improvement effect of YT enterprise's financial performance from the angle of financial promotion.The result of case analysis shows that basing on the analysis of supply chain performance indicators for YT enterprise EVA influence,we could promote YT enterprise's financial performance by improve the supply chain operation and finally achieve financial goals better.Enterprises on the supply chain should adopt supply chain management mode,appropriate supply chain management is used to promote the enterprises' financial performance.
