Study On The Business Model Of The Station Of The Beijing-Shanghai High-speed Railway

This article studied the business model of high-speed railway stations in China. This paper analyzed the features of models of the stations at home and abroad what have owned successful experience on management, summarized the existing business model and their advantages and disadvantages. Taking the successful experience abroad as reference, this paper analyzed the appropriate business model for our high-speed railway in the way of operating model, business layout the content of business service as basic service and extended service. According to passengers' trip chain, the passenger demand of business service in different stage of different passenger and size of the station. At last, a case study at the background of Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway was provided. Considering the features of different types of high-speed railway stations, the business models for Beijing South Railway Station, Suzhou Railway Station, Langfang Railway station were suggested. This research provides some theoretical support for Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway station developing to commercial center.
