In today’s global economic environment,"surplus" or "relative surplus" has become abasic feature of the global economy, permeate every industry, the homogenization ofproducts and services are flooding the market, enterprises are facing more and moresurvival pressure, gradually more and more enterprises attach importance to customerrelationship management. In recent years, with the construction of group oil external marketshare continues to expand, the number of annual contract of construction project is alsomore and more, more and more customers, customer relationship meanagedment also remainin the traditional management mode, no customer relationship management systemprofessional; along with the market competition environment is becoming increasinglyfierce, the phenomenon is becoming more and more serious loss of customers. Thetraditional process of customer relationship management has been difficult to adapt to thedevelopment of today’s Construction Group, how to effectively manage customerrelationship becomes the current urgent problem to solve.The thesis starts from the customer relationship management and project managementcontent and the reseaUrch sintuatioRn at heome gand iabsroadt, eelaborrates the related theory ofcustomer relationship management project. Then this paper introduces the present situationof Daqing oilfield construction group customer relationship management. Through to theDaqing oilfield construction group customer relationship management situation analysis,found a lot of problems to be solved, including: no set to customer as the core of the thought,did not form a key customer (customer) marketing strategy, no professional customerrelationship management process, and then analyzes the necessity and feasibility ofmanagement of Daqing oilfield construction group customer resource project. Finally,according to the actual work of customer relationship management group, proposed to buildDaqing oilfield construction group customer relationship management by project system,discusses the system construction around, including: Daqing oilfield construction groupcustomer relationship management strategy, the change of the corporate culture,organizational structure design, business process design, CRM information platform development etc..
