Research On Corporation Environment Responsibility Of Henan Province Under The Setting Of Ecological Civilization

Corporate environmental responsibility is a product of conflicts between economic development and environmental issues. With the unprecedented strengthening ability for human being to make use of the environment, fierce conflicts occurred between wealth growth and environmental balance. Excessive consumption of resources and the rapid discharge of wastes caused a series of unprecedented environmental problems. People pay more attention to environmental issues. In the real life the corporation and the natural environment’s relation is closed. The corporation derives the energy, resources and information from the environment, and inputs waste and pollutant into the environment through production, assignment and the expense again. The corporation has acted the main role in the environment problems. On the one hand, with the advanced technology, the corporation abuses the natural resource and gains high profit; On the other hand the corporation brings too much social environmental damages, such as the polluted air, the polluted water, public’s health and safety being threaten which is a great harm for our society. The corporation, as the main consumer of natural resource, the polluter of natural environment should take no-shirked responsibility to for the utilization of resources and protecting environment reasonably. For our society’s harmonious development, the corporation must undertake the environment responsibility, raise the environmental protection consciousness, strengthen the environment management, use the resources effectively and protect the environment positively, try the best to improve the environment quality which we live. This dissertation, which method is unified by the theory and the real diagnosis, has emphatically conducted the research to corporate environment responsibility.This dissertation starts with the relation between corporation and the environment, the concept of ecological civilization and corporate environment responsibility. It points the overall level of undertaking of environment responsibility of Chinese corporate is insufficient from four aspects, such as corporate environmental protection consciousness, corporate environment behavior, corporate environmental protection measure, the implementation of environment standard. Then this dissertation analyzes the reasons that the insufficient of environment responsibility of Henan corporate. This dissertation aims to make sure the corporate to realize that the present our country’s environment problem mainly is how the corporate coordinate with the environment.Finally, the dissertation reaches a conclusion that the circulation economy development pattern is the effective way for the corporation to carry on the environment responsibility. The corporation and the government all must set up the idea of "human and the nature harmonious development", take the corresponding measure and joint effort to realize the human and the natural harmonious development.
