Enterprise’s management behavior is the carrier of enterprise or economic organizationof the material management,which is the enterprise operators in order to obtain the maximummaterial benefits and the use of economic power to create as much as possible to meet thevarious needs of economic activity with the least consumption of materials. Enterprises todevelop business behavior correctly, in the huge economic returns for enterprises but also tofully consider the interests of consumers and to ensure the interests of consumers, thereby notonly to attract more consumers, can also cause a positive effect on the consumer follow-upbuying behavior, can make the formation of benign cycle, lasting cooperation betweenenterprises and consumers; enterprises to open up new consumer markets group cost far morethan the maintenance of existing customer relationship management behavior of enterprises,so the wise not only to maintain the existing old customer market,is still a certain degree ofestablishing a good reputation and has laid a solid foundation for the development of newmarket.Monopoly behavior not only damage the interests of the same industry competition,destroys the market competition order, but also seriously affected the legitimate rights andinterests of consumers. But how to define the monopoly behavior, how to use the method ofquantitative data to measure the monopoly behavior is the main research direction. Thepeople’s Republic of China anti-monopoly law as the basis, to obtain data of exploratory studyon monopoly behavior to the actual research, the main research contents and results are asfollows:1, describes the concept of monopoly and monopoly behavior, analyzes the main types ofmonopolistic behavior and disadvantage of monopoly behavior.2, With the research methods of monopoly behavior perception scale was designed, and thescale of the rationality of the data analysis. Then carries on the detailed analysis of the surveydata.3,According to the survey forecast data, the questionnaire has been named Project purificationand factor, and the monopoly behavior perception scale second times test, then according to test results on monopoly behavior perception scale of reliability and validity.4, On the basis of the two survey, combined with the practical situation in our country, thequestionnaire items in the final, complete the development of monopoly behavior perceptionscale. The results show that the scale has good reliability and validity, including unreasonableand discrimination, abuse of dominant position, the transaction price is not reasonable forresale price alliance, refusal to deal,5dimensions. Through the development of monopolybehavior perception scale, the enterprise marketing behavior and put forward somesuggestions.
