After the financial crisis, the world’s current economic recovery situation slowed,downside risk increases. Developed countries are continuing high unemployment,individual demand is weak; Emerging markets and developing countries fell backquickly, the macro-control is more complicated; The European sovereign debt crisiscontinue to upgrade, the United States’ long sovereign credit rating was down-regulated,international financial market fluctuates repeatedly; At the same time, high commodityprices are shocked, global inflation pressure is still bigger. For the GJ C., the externalenvironment is not optimistic, and influences the sustained development of the company.And the GJ C. has many problems restricting its development. The company shouldrecognize the situation, combined with the circumstance of itself, find their ownstrategic orientation, in response to the complex environment, in order to make theenterprise sustainable development.Firstly, this paper studies the theory of enterprise’s development strategy. Then,using the strategic management theory as the theoretical basis, use PEST analysis,porter five, VRIO analysis method and EFE matrix analysis model, combined with GJcompany business development situation, to discuss the domestic and internationaleconomic, political and other macro environment and industry environment of GJcompany.Moreover, using the IFE matrix to analysis and research internal environmentof GJ company, in order to have a clear understanding of company itself. Then again,with the aid of SWOT matrix, the balanced scorecard, the alternative strategy ofcompany, at the same time considering the BCG matrix and SPACE matrix developedstrategy, multiple strategy development tools integrated application, makes thedeveloped strategy is more reasonable and scientific, use fuzzy priority relationdecision-making model to choose the best strategy for the company sustainabledevelopment. Then, design balanced scorecard, to make the company strategic goalsspecific, and put forward specific requirements on the implementation of corporatestrategy. Finally, clarify the company’s strategic assessment and control how to carryout.This paper strives to find orientation for the long-term development of the company. And hope to give reference to state-owed enterprises.
