Research On The Urbanization Development Dinamics Of Chongqing

Urbanization is the inevitable choice of social and economic development. It is the general trend of the world’s development, the symbol of the progress of human life. Urbanization problem has become the focus increasingly. At present, scholars agree that urbanization is caused by the evolution of the economic system, and of spatial agglomeration and differentiation of human production and way of life. Its occurrence mechanism, the development path is closely related with economic development, and ultimately depends on the level of industrialization and economic structure. Practice shows that urbanization is the result of a variety of synergism dynamic factors, including economy, system, population, etc. NO factor drives the development of urbanization independently, but the core power to promote urbanization is economic development.Based on Growth Pole Theory, Dual Sector model Theory, Agglomerative economies Theory, this article is to discuss urbanization development force by methodology of exemplification and analysis. It divides into three parts. First of all, it finds that economy, system and population are driving force to the urbanization of Chongqing by analyzing these three factors. Second of all, it turns out that economy factor is the driving force to the urbanization of Chongqing, especially within range of industry and tertiary industry, agriculture and system is also influencing the development of urbanization. At last, by analyzing theory and example, I put a proposal in area of system innovation、 upgrading of industry、 Improvement of population cultivation and development of urbanization of Chongqing.This article firstly introduces the agricultural surplus theory, dual economic structure theory, agglomeration economy theory and other basic theory about the development of the urbanization, and analyzes about the present situation of urbanization of Chongqing. Combined with the characteristics of the urbanization of Chongqing, I analyze urbanization power from different angles on this basis. Secondly, I use five indicators to establish index system of the factors affecting motivation of urbanization:three major industries’ share of GDP respectively, marketization degree, and the proportion of college students. From the analysis of the relevant data (1997to2011in time series) of Chongqing, we can see that:Economic motivation is initiative to the urbanization of Chongqing, especially the industrial constitution and subsequent power of the tertiary industry. Although the significance of agriculture and system dynamics is not so high at the time of the unit root test, but that doesn’t mean no. In real life, its impact on development of urbanization should not be ignored. Finally, according to the theoretical research and empirical results, combined with the characteristics of Chongqing, I put forward countermeasures and suggestions on how to optimize the industrial structure of Chongqing and innovation system, to improve population quality, and ultimately to promote coordinated, rapid urbanization in Chongqing.On the basis of existing research of this paper, I carry out the following inquiry: One is to try to give a more accurate definition on the concept of the motivation of urbanization. The other is to make system factors and population factors into quantitative indicators in the process of urbanization dynamic demonstration, supported by the theory, the empirical research and the empirical point of view, to make the dynamic system of urbanization research more distinct and more profound.
