Study On Urbanization Problem Of Chongqing

Economic development may promote economic factors to run between each region, urbanization is the result for this kind of running. With the development of the Chinese economic, people are concern to urbanization day to day. Because of the impact of the macroscopic policy, "scissor difference" between industry and agriculture are widespread in China. In the more and more fast process of urbanization, many peasants didn't benefit from the urbanization. Agriculture developed slowly and labors in rural over-pulsed, gap between cities and rural enlarged, these important factors will restrict Chinese economic development. These economic features are more obvious in Chongqing, it is a classical big city that take a big village. It is a significant act for us to celebrate urbanization harmoniously and orderly, to construct a harmony society, to build overall middle-class family, and to realize modern strategic object.Based on the study of the domestic and foreign urbanization theories and methods and development patterns and full understanding the urbanization situation in Chongqing, I put forward some problems in the paper. Making use of the substantial evidence analysis method to study urbanization levels in Chongqing, I proposed different development patterns for different classifications. At the same time the paper draw lessons from other research fruits to set up a series of integrity quality system that can monitor and control the development levels of urbanization. At last, the paper proposed some countermeasures that they are suiTable for the reality and a lot of rational policies to suggest.
