The steady growth of the oil and gas energy propelled the development of the national economy, but with the deepening of China’s oil field exploration and development, the stability and yield of oil and gas energy is facing increasing pressure. Currently, all kinds of oil and gas reservoirs have not found is less and less, geological problem is increasingly complex, the complexity of the exploration targets are also gradually increased.In the oil and gas exploration work, geological exploration have been gradually developed as one of the most important method in oil and gas exploration activity, because it can not only help us to understand the unknown underground structure, lithology, strata, and fault information, but also has a very high cost performance. Relatively speaking, well drilling has high precision, but its cost is too high, the efficiency is too low, and only for "peep-hole view". Seismic exploration methods in accuracy are inferior to drilling, but can cover a large scope, for the whole work area of the geological condition has a more clear understanding. Therefore, in the modern oil and gas exploration work, follow the drilling of production process after the first geophysical exploration. First by seismic exploration, put forward the target location, and then drilling work. This approach greatly reduced costs, reduced expenses. So the Seismic exploration has become a very important part in the oil and gas development, the various inversion method has also provides a powerful method for the support.Seismic data inversion technique is currently from post-stack to pre-stack and post-stack combination, by a single wave impedance inversion to the use of geostatistics, the fractal dimension and neural network technology which combined with logging, testing, drilling, geological comprehensive study, by a single data inversion to the combination of forward and inversion, reservoir modeling, constrained inversion and numerical reservoir simulation mutual authentication, its purpose is to through the constraint conditions to solve inverse ambiguity, provide accurate results for oil field exploration and development services.Seismic inversion technique is to make full use of logging, drilling, and geological data to provide information such as rich structure, strata, lithology and other information, derived subsurface formation of wave impedance, density, velocity, porosity, permeability, sandstone and mudstone percentage, and pressure from the conventional seismic section. In general, which has been widely applied at present is still the post-stack wave impedance inversion.In Qiudong project adopted by the sparse pulse inversion, this is based on pulse deconvolution on the basis of recursive inversion method, the basic assumption is that the strong reflection coefficient of strata is sparse distribution.Combining seismic attribute analysis that extract relevant information from the seismic data, and convert the information into related to the lithology, physical property or reservoir characteristics, can direct response of the underground geological conditions.Artificial neural network can solve the problem of complex nonlinear mapping of reservoir prediction, the representative of which is the error back-propagation, called BP networks. BP networks is a kind of multilayered feed forward to supervised learning, it is composed of input layer, intermediate layer and output layer hierarchical neural networks. In Qiudong project using artificial neural network to predict and evaluate oil and gas, and achieved good results.
