Summarize the concept of river pollution and pollution control of related cases,introduce the progress circumstance of LiCun River watershed pollution controlproject, through the study of the main pollutant concentration changes of the LiCunRiver basin before the water pollution control project, analyse the water pollutioncauses and change tendency, reflect the current LiCun River Basin water pollutioncontrol effect, use LiCun River winning bridge section2000-2010a total of11years of the pollutant concentration of the average value as the basic data, adoptthesynthetic pollution index method and Spearman rank correlation coefficient methodto evaluate the water quality of LiCun River, the LiCun River water quality in these11years is one from the pollution levels gradually increase to gradually improve,and continuously improve the process, LiCun River ecological restoration initialresults. Petroleum, ammonia nitrogen, biochemical oxygen demand, chemicaloxygen demand, total phosphorus, volatile phenol pollutants in total6pollutantsaccount more than98percents controlling the6pollutants is the key of continuousimprovement of LiCun River basin water quality.In order to fully implement the" circle Bay protection, embrace BayDevelopment" the strategy, accelerates our city of peninsula blue economic zoneconstruction, complete changes along the nearby residents living environment inJiaozhou Bay and the water quality of the environment, from2008onwards, Li Cun River Basin pollution control project was started again, through the River sewageinterception, point source management, complementary ecological landscape water,river dredging, sewage treatment plants and sewage pipe network supportingupgrade on both sides of the river, upstream of the comprehensive improvement ofthe environment and a series of measures under the common action of the Li CunRiver basin, has no obvious water runoff, downstream water is obviously reduced,the phenomenon of black-odor river has been basically eliminated, each monitoringsection water quality continues to improve, dissolved oxygen index risesconsiderably, river self-purification ability had certain promotion, LiCun Riverupstream section has a number of river water are found within the growth of fish, LiCun river ecological restoration effect sees first.Although the control project achieved certain results, but COD and ammoniaindicators in LiCun River downstream section are more than the V standard in"surface water quality standard", failed to achieve the function of water requirement,achieve watershed ecological environment thoroughly improve still face manydeep-seated problems. Aiming at the existing problem, put forward a set of featuresfor LiCun River basin water pollution comprehensive control mode, thoroughlyimprove the LiCun river basin water environment quality and people’s livingenvironment, make technical support for carry out a comprehensive watershedmanagement work in our city, strengthen environmental protection of the JiaoZhouBay area anestimulate our city of peninsula blue economic area construction.
