In view of the present mine gas geological data acquisition lag, mine data lack ofcontinuity and collection management inconvenience, the gas geological databases arestudied,combined with the currently most widely used Oracle database technique. Themining gas geologic information is classified and summaried; combined with the actualmine management authority,the access permission to the database is designed; the gasgeologic information database of working face is designed, and finally the gasgeological database is established.The gas geological database provides a platform forthe conservation and management of gas geology information, which can realize datastorage, query, batch processing, providing accurate and reliable data to the gas earlywarning and forecast of outburst danger. The establishment of relational database ofworking face gas geological information provides the basis for the establishment of thewhole mine gas geological information database later.The peimary coverage is as follows:(1)Combined with the actual situation, mining gas geologic information such asthe gas basic parameters, the gas emission (concentration, air volume)quantity;geological information of working face (geological structure,lithology oftop and loor, the thickness of the coal seam, dip Angle, and characteristic and thickness,horizon,and so on of soft coal.); Prominent forecasting index (face daily forecastingindex); Related parameters point or partial to record the position of the point andcoordinate as well as the hydrological information is classified and summaried.(2) Basing on types of the of gas geological data and the Oracle database data, thedata type of the gas geological informationsis studied and defined.(3) The data table structure of all kinds of gas geology information is dsigned.(4) The access mechanism based on role is described and combined with the minemanagement rights, the access jurisdiction of the mining face gas geologicalinformation database is designed.(5) The relationship between various types of gas geological information and datatable is studied.(6)On the basis of the above study, the mining face gas geological information database is established, and it ’s functions are simply introduced.
