At present, the shaft hoist control system which is designed by the frequencyconversion speed regulation electronic control system based on PLC is used graduallyin the mine of our country. Hence,it is very necessary to design a set of shaft hoistcontrol system practical training platform in order to train the coal mine workers inspecific and to improve their technical quality and practical operation skills.In this paper, first, the domestic and international advanced AC shaft hoist controlsystem has been studied and analyzed, and based on this, it is determined to takesiemens PLC as the master controller to design system scheme. In this scheme, ACmotor is used as power source and DC motor is used as simulated load. The two motorwere drived respectively by frequency converter6SE70and DC speed governor6RA70,and the two motor keep same speed run through the transmission belt. By changing DCmotor’s electromagnetic torque can simulate the AC shaft hoist’s working conditions indifferent load. Meanwhile, simulated load has been studied and analyzed in this paper,and we draw system scheme design is feasible. Then, this paper completed the overallsystem’s hardware design and software design, the hardware included PLC and itsexpansion module’s selection, frequency converter’s selection, DC speed governor’sselection, motor’s selection, AC driving system’s design, DC driving system’s design,ect. Software included system control program programming by making use of siemens’Totally Integrated Automation programming software, at last, the upper computermonitoring pictures have been made by King View and siemens configuration software.Finally, after the installation and debugging of the system, the results find out thatthis control system can simulate better the AC shaft hoist’s working conditions, and itcan simulate the AC shaft hoist’s various working conditions in different load, thus thiscontrol system achieve the expected purpose.
