Shaft sinking hoist is an important equipment in mine construction,its running performances directly affect the speed of mine construction and personnel safety issues,and optimization of speed control system is an important mean to improve its safety and stability.There are a large number of existing shaft sinking hoists with series-resistance speed control in China Coal No.5 Construction Co.Ltd.Because of poor economic efficiency,it must reduce investment when upgrading equipment,and it is necessary to make full use of existing equipment to optimize and transform.In this case,this thesis mainly studies working conditions adaptability and energy consumption of shaft sinking hoist with series-resistance speed control,and designs a set of shaft sinking hoist speed control system.Firstly,the development status of speed control technology for shaft sinking hoist is introduced,shaft sinking hoist with six-stage speed chart running is analyzed in combination with the equations of kinematics and dynamics,and the method of determining the control parameters is summarized;Secondly,the working principle and control flow of shaft sinking hoist enhancing and delivering cargo with series-resistance speed control are analyzed,the theoretical analysis and simulation of working conditions adaptability and energy consumption are carried out;Thirdly,the control tasks and functional requirements of the control system are analyzed,and aiming at the characteristics of real-time multi-task,shaft sinking hoist speed control system based on distributed structure is designed;Finally,with AT89S8253 MCU as the core,the hardware and software design scheme of main functional units are given,including important interface circuit design,communication protocol preparation and software function realization,and the host computer software design is carried out with KingView.The shaft sinking hoist speed control system designed in this thesis improves the operating efficiency and stability by single-chip control to replace the original relay-contactor logic control,and further improves the reliability by Kingview providing a complete human-computer interaction interface to monitor and record system's real-time operation.
