Environmental Pollutants Of Hebei Province On Cost Research

With the rapid economic development in Hebei Province, the People’s livingstandards have gradually increased in recent years, because of growing GDP. However, therapid development of the economy has also brought some problems, especiallyenvironmental pollution problems. This makes it become more concerned about theproblem of how to understand the cost of environmental pollution losses. Only fully awareof the cost of the loss of environmental pollutants, people can fully understand the essenceof environmental pollution, and thus governance of environmental pollution can beeffective, which is conducive to the healthy development of the environmental protectionand economic.Firstly, the article simply discusses the content from the concept of environmentalpollutants, classification, hazards and cost accounting methods. Then the article analyzesthe present situation of environmental pollutants emissions from air pollution, waterpollution and solid waste pollution in Hebei Province, and analyzes the reasonableness ofenvironmental pollution cost accounting, which becomes the basis of environmentalpollutants cost accounting and analysis of economic growth impact of environmentalpollution.First of all, the article estimates the cost of various environmental pollutants, fromthree angles of air pollution, water pollution and solid waste pollution, by drawing onrelevant theory and practical experience, and analyzes the specific reasons for thephenomenon.Thirdly, Economic development impact of various types of environmental pollutioncost is analyzed, using related analysis method and SPSS18.0software. The study foundthat economic development was positive related to the impact of environmental pollutionincluded the cost of air pollution, which shows that Hebei Province should pay attention toenvironmental protection in the economic development process.Finally, the article presents suggestions from the public, enterprises and governmentcombined the situation of the cost of environmental pollution and the reason of analysis pollution situation in Hebei Province, which promote the harmonious development of man,nature and society.
