Coal mine accidents is still in China's industrial production is the main cause of a large number of casualties,the gap of coal mine safety between China and foreign developed countries is still very big,serious situation is pressing for more research on coal mine safety.Lead to coal mine accident is the direct cause of the unsafe condition of coal mine and the unsafe state of negligence,the strengthening of coal mine safety needs to be targeted for guidance,coal mine safety evaluation can provide scientific and rational reference for accident prevention,more important is the essence of coal mine safety assessment fundamentally achieve the purpose of the essence of coal mine safety,at the same time build accurate and measurable,effective evaluation index system is a complex systems engineering,and as a result,the essence of coal mine safety evaluation of coal mine safety is of great significance to our country.In this paper,based on the analysis of the essence safety at home and abroad,combined with the actual situation of coal production in China,to redefine the nature of the coal mine safety,according to the principle of safety science comprehensively analyzed the factors affecting coal mine intrinsically safe,to personnel,machinery and equipment,coal mine working environment,management and safety culture,safety information as the research object,analyses the defect of the coal mine intrinsically safe impact factor and the improvement measures,the safety of the corresponding system exist hazard factors,factors may cause an accident are identified,using the analytichierarchy process,fuzzy evaluation to optimize the six elements match,established the accurate and reasonable comprehensive evaluation index system of coal mine intrinsically safe.The indicator system contains 6 and index,26 secondary indicators,77 tertiary indicators.According to the expert investigation to determine the three levels of membership,based on expert scoring and level analysis to determine evaluation index weights at all levels,in order to determine the proportion of the scale to measure the importance of factors,to construct judgment matrix,thus the essence of coal mine safety evaluation of the "gray information" bleaching,involved in converting the qualitative analysis to quantitative analysis.Finally,using the fuzzy evaluation evaluation conclusion,it is concluded that coal mine intrinsically safe type,this article will research model using in malan mine,it is concluded that the essence of the mine safety type belongs to the fourth kind intrinsically safe.According to the evaluation result presents the corresponding improvement Suggestions and measures.The innovation of this article lies in combining the essential safety and coal mine accidents cause,by analyzing the various factors influencing the intrinsically safe coal mine,the evaluation system,reasonably determine the index weight coefficient.Considering the essence of coal mine safety evaluation index system must be set up on the factors of production in coal mine,the coal mine intrinsically safe assessment divided people,machine,ring,management,culture,information the six evaluation unit.Through such division,the analysis of the essence safety more clear.Choose fuzzy hierarchy comprehensive evaluation method,to solve the traditional method is difficult to solve the problem of "fuzziness" of the evaluation and decision-making,to quantify the qualitative indexes,objective and accurate evaluation results,methods and practical,easy to operate,stable,high precision.
