Electronic shaft transmission technology combines machinery, transmission, automaticcontrol and network communication technology with high transmission precision, simplemechanical structure, and convenient adjust the technology, can replace the traditionalmechanical axis, achieve better transmission relationship. Therefore, it’s more and more widelyused in the field of multi-motor coordination synchronization control.Independent rollers operation is an important feature of the electronic shaft driving printers,so multi-motor synchronous in the control system has become the key to ensure the quality ofprinting production. With in-depth study of multi-motor synchronization control strategy andcontrol algorithm aiming at speed sync problem in parallel structure, speed compensator controlstrategy based on fuzzy PI algorithm is proposed, thus the overall design scheme of electronicshaft driving system is determined.This paper elaborates the system hardware and software design process in detail. Inhardware part, the design is divided into core board, interface board and power supply module,builds the system hardware platform mainly on TMS320F28335controller. The part of softwareincludes PC interface design and DSP programming design. DSP program part adopts modularthought, designs the various modules of program flow, and mainly discusses the implementationprinciples of speed measuring module and speed synchronization module. PC interface usesVB6.0, monitors the motors’ status real-timely. Experiment results show that the system workstably, has good control effect, achieves the purpose of the study, and has certain guidingsignificance for the electronic shaft driving technology applied to traditional printing machinemodification.Finally it introduces the practical application of the parallel structure synchronous in no.1printing production line modification of Nanjing Tianya Wallpaper CO., LTD, analyzes thetechnical scheme, gives on-line debugging result of the equipment, and summarizes thedifficulties and problems in the process of the transformation.
