This thesis mainly talks about all the designing process of the portable intelligent well washing equipment, and the solution to the problems involved during the process. Based on the extant well washing equipment’s characteristic and technique, a project on both energy transfer of mixed heating of electricity and pneumatic and heating transfer of oil and water is designed by consulting a great deal of references. Energy transfer of mixed heating of electricity and pneumatic could solve the heat problems in an efficient and energy saving way. If there is associated gas in oil well, then it could be used to heat; on the contrary, if the associated gas is not enough or nearly dose not exist, the electricity is used to heat. And the purpose of using heat changer is to make sure security and convenience, thus by doing so, the equipment is not only easy to carry and simple to operate, but also has the characteristic of intelligent and high-effect.By reiterative drafting, designing and reasoning, a set of portable and intelligent well-washing equipment which is easy to handle and carry is designed. What’s more, it is automatically controlled and has a short period to wash the well.
