With the rapid development of network technology and e_business, the complex distributed WEB application is coming up, and many traditional information management and database systems are transferred to the internet.The development of WEB Engineering is becoming more and more popular, which will take up a big proportion out of the total software project developments.Howere, as WEB engineering is a new subject in rapid development, there is currently few consummate software development and Project management theories for guide.Which software development technology can be applied to the WEB engineering development? Which Project management method could ensure the same efficient development of the WEB engineering as that of the traditional software projects, so as to avoid the web crisis? With the development of economy and the worsening of environment, the problems of water resources are becoming more and more serious.How to utilize, manage and exploit water resources is a problem that will affects the sustainable development of the national economy.Now the information technologies such as computer networks, database and data acquisition are progressing rapidly, and have contributed a lot in all kinds of fields.Thus, it is important to research how to apply these new technologies to irrigation works, to provide a scientific basis for water pollution information.This is most significant to the advance of the economy and the social stability.Using the ASP.NET network design and development of application system of building pollution source water quality monitoring information system, its background database is used, the future use of Visual Studio as main development tool, dynamic web development, and enables it to have the user needs a variety of functions, the main research contents are as follows:First of all, according to the demand analysis, the understanding of the current mainstream software system structure, the model of B/S way to solve the water quality data storage and distribution. Using the.NET framework based on C#language programming of WinForm and ADO.NET database technology, SQL SERVER2005completed the client and database design.Secondly, the specific design and implementation of client modules, source water quality monitoring information system is mainly divided into two modules:user access module and the information query module. User access module can be divided into two modules:user login and user management. User login module, the main achievement of conventional log in and register function. System in the design, considering the management needs, the user access design for level two, advanced user permissions can access user management module, user permissions changes and new, suitable for managers to use. Information query module mainly includes:sewage detection, GIS information, data statistics. After users log in, you can query the information of water quality, a total ofl2indicators, both GB evaluation index. Sewage detection module mainly display the sewage treatment plant real-time water quality monitoring data, at the same time, to achieve the alarm function. GIS information module can display the sewage treatment plant location, and according to the geographical location of the factory month report display. Data statistics module using software development characteristics, to achieve monthly line graph, visual display sewage treatment situation.Finally, according to the data analysis, the existing database technology to carry on the analysis, using SQL2005as a platform, the use of ADO.NET as a data connection, database and client connections, the data display.
