With the intensification of environmental pollution and increasingly strict environmental regulations, the domestic has implemented a new motor gasoline quality standard. For national new standard promulgation and the implementation of clean fuel in the vehicle gasoline olefin content (Ⅳ) shall not be higher than28(Ⅴ)%of the new specifications, the technical innovation of oil refineries are taking olefin reduction process, or using olefin reduction catalyst (additives) to achieve the goal of lower olefins production gasoline.Based on catalytic cracking gasoline olefin reduction based on the analysis of the mechanism and influence factors, in view of the oil in a petrochemical company1.2million tons/year of the actual situation of catalytic cracking unit of gasoline olefin reduction scheme is proposed, and focus on petrochemical research institute of MIP technology, namely productive isomerization alkane (Maximizing Iso-Paraf-finsProcess) of catalytic cracking technology in China Petroleum a petrochemical company1.2million tons/year application in catalytic cracking unit were studied. After industrial test results show that the MIP technology,1.2million tons/year of heavy oil catalytic unit large changes have taken place in product distribution and the gasoline properties, propylene content increased by3.72%, gasoline yield increased by2.36%, a4.4%drop in gasoline olefin content, also improved, energy consumption was reduced by5.29units.Through the analysis and discussion on the performance of the device, confirmed the MIP technology applications in the catalytic cracking device is feasible and economic efficiency, achieved the purpose of reducing olefins and produce clean gasoline.
