And domestic current operation condition of pumping unit well diagnosed mainly by production engineering technician to pumping unit Wells indicator diagram analysis and according to the master to determine the well production management experience,Diagnosis depends largely on the accuracy of production technology and experience of engineering technicians,Due to the increasing number of pumping unit,by artificial diagnosis of the traditional method cannot meet the needs of oilfield development in the new period.In this paper,on the basis of summarizing the predecessors’ research results.Through the analysis of the composition and working principle of mechanical oil recovery system and indicator diagram under different working conditions of oil Wells,Discuss using continuous method for early warning indicator diagram method,eal-time monitoring and control system software is compiled,Select reasonable pumping unit production data acquisition system and data network transmission mode,Through standard interfaces directly with the computer hardware,such as RTU DTU,to connect,Make full use of GPRS network is suitable for intermittent sudden and frequent small amounts of data transmission,as well as the real-time performance is strong,low operating cost advantages,High transparent real-time transmission and receiving sensitivity,he server program is written with the Microsoft ASP.NET and JAVA,sing LINQ technology efficient background database connection, In order to improve the speed of data access and database using SQL Server2005,and combining with Microsoft,SilverLight2.0carrier as the client,o the interface is very beautiful at the same time support function of the map shows,he user to see it is very intuitive,ombined the synchronous data acquisition of current,he pumping unit well in stopping belt break etc under the condition of current change law,omparative analysis of the relationship between them,mplement belts broken state of alarm at any time,ased on the real-time monitoring system of pumping unit well perfect design hardware and softwares,o meet the system stable running under different natural conditions,t the same time reduce the later use cost.Real-time monitoring system implementation can be timely and accurate grasp of pumping well production running state,Improve the utilization rate of equipment operation rate and ability of indicator diagram curve,wer curve and other real-time rendering,real-time alarm when the oil well pump case abnormal can reduce the impact on production,reduce the workers labor intensity.
