Oil pumping system is the large energy consumption of oil field enterprise, its energy consumption directly affects the economic benefits of oilfield development and completion of energy-saving index. At present, the main problems of oil pumping system are drag pumping systems match unreasonable, low utilization of Motor power, low pump discharge coefficient of low-yielding wells. In recent years,Shengli Oilfield has taken number of energy-saving measures to solve these problems, such as promotion of energy-saving motors and speed control devices, but these measures which only solve part of the problem, can not fully meet the needs of energy-saving and production-increasing.At the same time, the existing monitor system of oil pumping system still can not effectively use multiple sources of information to a comprehensive analysis of the state of pumping wells. Therefore,it also can't give a adjustment strategy which is comprehensive and prospective.Combined with the actual working environment of wells, this article designs a flexible drag pumping system. This system includes monitoring and control unit, and drag unit which is made up of permanent magnet actuator and pole-changing motor.Through real-time monitoring system, the system can get multi-source parameters of pumping wells, evaluate the well productivity with the purpose of optimal energy efficiency, achieve dynamic tracking control on frequency of stroke by varying the pole of motor.Field experiment shows the flexible drag pumping system can effectively solve the problem of pumping wells low motor load, reduce the motor capacity, improve the system efficiency, eventually achieve the goal of pumping wells energy saving.
