Organotin compounds have considerable structural diversity and significant bioactivity. Increasing interest in diorganotin(IV) chemistry has arisen in the last few decades is attributed to their significantly important antitumor activity. In order to future study the diorganotin(IV), research the different properties caused by different ligands. On the basis study of dialkylorganotin, this paper design and synthesis7diorganotin compounds--Diorganotin Compounds of2--mercaptobenzothiazole Containing Silicon of sulfur Ligands: R1R2Sn(L)2formula, R1=Me3SiCH2,Me2EtSiCH2. Ph, Cy,Bu; R2=Me3SiCH2, R2=Me2EtSiCH2; LH=2-mercaptobenzothiazoleReaction conditions and methods was groped and optimizated. The structure of target compounds were characterized by IR,1HNMR,13CNMR and elementary analysis. The results indicated that the nitrogen and thione were involved in coordination with the tin atom, form six-containing structure.adopt CCK8methods test part of the target compounds antitumor activity, the preliminary result show Diorganotin2-mercaptobenzothiazole Compounds have a good antitumor activity in vitro against A-549.This preliminary research a series of novel silicon-containing dialkylorganotin compounds on the synthesis, sturuture and antitumor activity. Enrich the study of organotin chemistry, provide reference for the study and develop high-safety and high-efficiency organotin antitumor drug, the research has certain theoretical significance and practical application value.
