In 1972, Brown first found Ph2SnO2CCCH3 to have the effect of inhibiting the growth of tumors in mice, it was found that these compounds have broad application prospect. The 20 th century, the US National Cancer Institute determined of anti-cancer activity on more than 2,000 kinds of organotin compounds, whiich are all stronger than that of cisplatin reagent. The 13 novel diorganotin compounds containing silicon of dual-coro were synthesized by double hydrazide schiff base and diorganotin dichloride in this paper. Ther structures were characterized by 1HNMR, 13 CNMR, IR, elemental analysisfor of the synthesis of complex.The spectral data of target complexes showed that the double Schiff base ligand coordinated with tin atom through the phenolic oxygen, imine nitrogen, forming a parallel six-membered and five-membered ring structures, it can be inferred, the centeral tin atom may be five-coordinate trigonal bipyramidal structure.In this paper, the biological activity of target compounds were determined, preliminary results show that the target compounds have a good antitumor activity on human breast cancer cells?MDA-MB-231 and MCF-7? in vitro, which are better than cisplatin reagent.
