| Preserved egg is one of the largest production of remakes egg products in our country. It has a long history and huge economic benefits. Although the technology in preserved egg processing area in China has made big progress, it developed slowly in preserved egg area, especially in the area of preserved egg quality machinery, It seriously affected the economic benefits of preserved egg.The traditional method to preserve eggs is wrapping the mud. Its craft is simple, useful and low cost. However few formed machines can be applied to practical production. In order to solve this situation, this paper developed a mud-molding machine.Carry out wrapping mud experiment in varies schemes and compare with the effect of warping mud. Then determine the final scheme in various of mud-molding machine’s scheme.Then according to the final scheme, analysis of its working process, and complete the design of overall organization and transmission. After that design of its main parts.Then build the simulation of the mud-molding machine by UG, and analyzes the motion curve of main components. Analyze its stress and deformation of the main driving force components by Ansys.At last test of the mud-molding machine, and analysis of the results. Determine the influence factors, and optimization of working parameters by the results.This program simulates an artificial wrap method packing mud, namely, by closing and opening two molded flap to complete the package of egg mud.And by using cam link control system control shaped flap motion, it makes the molded valve open and close according to established rules.This program also using a double pipe structure in which material mud is extrude from the interlayer between outer pipe and the inner pipe and preserved egg falls from the inner pipe, forming elliptical hollow clay pipe surrounding preserved egg structures. This program coordinating the overall device synchronization by using supporting-eggs and transmission mechanism. |
