Injection blow molding machine is an integrated equipment of machine,electricity,gas and liquid,which adopts vertical working mode and duplex one-step method.The best-selling world is due to its reasonable design,high efficiency,environmental protection,energy saving and other advantages.According to a small PLC of ARM+FPGA which is being developed by the project team,we use STM32F407 and EP4CE10F17C8N as the core controller to optimize CAN communication of small PLC and design the servo control system,positioning strategy,location algorithm and human-machine interface for hollow molding machine.Based on the existing research results,the main research results are as follows:(1)The optimal design of CAN communication.Firstly,the data frame format of the source program is designed on the basis of the CAN 2.0B protocol;Secondly,the space is allocated to the FLASH storage area for PLC source program in PLC running system;Then,the CAN bus reads the PLC source program from the allocated FLASH memory address;Finally,we tested in loopback mode.According to the design of the data frame format,the test results shown that CAN correctly read the PLC source program of different address range from the FLASH allocated address range.(2)The rotary servo control system is designed based on the design requirements of the bottle technology and working process of the hollow molding machine.On the basis of the working principle of the servo control system,the overall design of the rotary servo control system,hardware structure and program design process is determined,the control of speed and acceleration is realized in different rotation stages,it lays a foundation for research on positioning strategy and positioning algorithm in the future.(3)According to the control requirement of rotating position,the design requirements of the rotation time<1.8s and positioning accuracy<0.1~o are achieved.Firstly,the control of the speed and positioning of the rotating device in different rotation stages is realized by using the pulse control method.Secondly,the single-variable two-dimensional fuzzy controller is designed and the fuzzy control rules are established.The precise positioning of the rotating braking phase is realized.This improves the rotation positioning accuracy and overall operation efficiency of the hollow molding machine.(4)According to the requirements of the man-machine interaction of the two-station hollow molding machine,em Win is used to design the human-machine interface.Through the full physical simulation of LCD,the parameter adjustment,setting control command and communication with PLC host are realized.
