Molecular imprinting is originated in the molecular recognition theory and has beendeveloped a new cross subject which has been widely researched and applicated in solidphase extraction,chromatogram separation, biomimetic sensor,enzymatic catalysis and otherfields. The surface molecular imprinting technique has been used successfully in thepreparation of Gatifloxacin,matrine and double template molecularly imprinted polymers asfollows:Molecularly imprinted polymers based on the surface-modified silica has beensuccessfully synthesized with Gatifloxacin as template, ethylene dimethacrylate ascrosslinker,methacrylic acid as functional monomer.The results showed that there are twotypes of binding sites on the surface of molecularly imprinted material and the adsorptionprosess was a multi-molecular layer adsorption. Selective adsorption test indicated that theprepared ploymers exhibited good specific selectivity and excellent reproducibility.The modified silica with vinyl as the carrier. Then,molecular imprinted polymers basedon the surface molecular imprinting technique of methacrylic acid with ethylenedimethacrylate as the c and the crosslinker in the presence of Oxymatrine as a templatemolecule. Static adsorption Scatchard curve,selective adsorption imprinted polymers wereused to evaluate the imprinted polymers. Results show that the matrine molecularly imprintedpolymer has excellent recognition ability and better selective preparation.The molecularly imprinted material based on the surface-modified silica gel wereprepared successfully by surface imprinting technique with matrine and oxymatrine astemplate molecule,EDMA as the crosslinking agent,MAA as functional monomer. The resultsshow Methanol is the better porogen and the proportion of template molecule and functionalmonomer is1:3.The ploymers exhibited good specific selectivity and excellentidentification.The Molecularly imprinted binding sites for Matrine and Oxymatrine were56.36%and63.81%,and interaction sites accounted for20.17%. The reproducibility testexhibited specific regeneration the imprinted polymers.
