Mining equipment plays an increasingly important role in the mine production. With research and development of various kinds of different specifications of the roadheader as well as a lot of use in coal mine production system, The roadheader has become one of the most important core equipment in the mine production. However, the underground mining has many limitations and difficulties, for example, the hardness of rock lane rock is too large, the roadway section size is too small, The existing roadheaders often have the characteristics such as high power, high weight and too long body. So its flexibility has been greatly restricted. Before mining section of roadway, it often needs a manual gun dug over a long distance for the assembly of roadheader and installation debugging of related auxiliary equipment. At the same time more and more connection roadway setting up in the mine engineering, the mining process is still blasting process with low production efficiency and poor security. Therefore, it is necessary to study on existing roadheader and develop a new kind of connection roadheader for the pre-exploitation of the roadway and connection roadway rapid mechanical tunneling.On the basis of the study of existing mining equipment and construction machinery heading especially the current machine, This topic compares and analyses the advantages and disadvantages of the existing equipment respectively and combines with parameters of roadway in the engineering of mine and mining conditions, and then we design a new type of connection roadheader mechanical system. By using software SolidWorks, Subject created a three-dimensional model of the connection roadheader mechanical systems. After the load analysis of the connection machine base on different excavation process, Subject researched and analyzed the working stability of complete machine.After analysis and research on the total excursion tunneling process in the typical roadway vaulted Connection Lane and the tunneling process of connection roadheader in the tunneling limit position respectively, Subject builded connection roadheader virtual prototype in multi-body system simulation software ADAMS, Base on the simulation and research in different conditions, Subject abtained the load value of key parts joint. And then builded the flexible multi-body system model of connection roadheader by combining with finite element analysis software ANSYS and the dynamic simulation software ADAMS, Subject carried out Rigid-flexible coupling dynamics simulation which research the dynamic characteristics of key components. Finally, Finite element analysis and design optimization of key components are carried out using the maximum load value obtained in different working conditions, which further improve the design results and verify the correctness and reliability of the new connection roadheader mechanical system design.
