Crankcase is the core parts of the engine, Crankcase oil passage hole quantity and processing difficulties, in order to achieve mass production quickly, improve the machining precision and production efficiency, promoting the manufacture level of engine parts, it’s necessary to design a process, structure, layout and performance in view of the crankcase production machine.This article takes crankcase oil passage hole as the processing object and analyzes the process technology, the special CNC drilling and reaming processing machine tool for developing. It makes a brief introduction to the design of CNC machine tools. On the key technology and key components of machine tool design and manufacting system, we successfully designed a crankcase oil passage hole drilling, reaming compound processing of CNC machine tool.In the design of the CNC crankcase oil passage hole and hinge compound machine tool, we has carried on the key technology research oh the CNC machine tools, such as the crankcase processing technology machine tool overall configuration, machine tool rotation system, machine tool fixture system and power system. According to the key technology of machine tool, the key components are summarized.According to the result of the machine tool parts, we use three-dimensional modeling technology for3d solid modeling of parts, virtual assembly and motion simulation. The3d modeling can find parts design size reasonable or not. Through the design of virtual assembly, we can find the design in advance the designed assembly relationships between parts correct or not. Motion simulation can test machine for dynamic interference, more intuitive to see the machine in the simulation process, and then we are in the process of CNC machine tools with intuitive feelings.3d modeling technology has greatly increased the success rate of the design of machine tool, and it provides guidance for the practical production.Using finite element analysis of the spindle box and machine tool lathe bed has carried on the analysis of dynamic and static characteristics, and we know the static stiffness and first six order natural frequency and vibration mode. Also we know that the analysis of the spindle box and the lathe bed is reasonable or not. The load stress analysis is carried out on the crankcase, and clamping force is reasonable and reliable o not. Using the finite element software, virtual dynamics analysis can reduce costs and shorten the development cycle according to the product design stage.
