The dyeing and finishing industry is a industry groups which has international competitiveness, More than90%of these enterprises are located in Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Guangdong, Fujian and Shandong provinces. All dyeing and finishing enterprises in Zhejiang province accounted for about25%of China. The dyeing and finishing industry has created enormous economic benefits for society, consequently causing serious environmental pollution problems has also brought buy it, And the tenter frame waste gas did nott arouse enough attention. Up to now, there is no emission standard of air pollutants for the dyeing and finishing industry in the national and provincial levels. Envioronmental management of atmospheric pollution caused by this industry mainly reference to the standard of "Integrated emission standard of air pollutants" and "emission standards for odor pollutants". However, none of the aforementioned two standards reflected the characteristic pollutants released from the dyeing and finishing industry. Meanwhile, the treatment technology of waste gas has also made a lot of progress since the above two standards were implemented. These standards no longer meet the needs for the current environmental management, and emission standards which corresponding to this industry should be established. The dyeing and finishing industrial air pollutant emission standards were investigated in paper.Based on the systematic study on the standards and technical specifications requirements for the dyeing and finishing industry in domestic and foreign, according to the actual production process and control technology of waste gas, combined with monitoring results, the main source and characteristics of waste gas released from dyeing and finishing industry was analyzed in this paper,"emission standard of air pollutants from dyeing and finishing industry" was drafted, it indicated that the specific control index are as follows:lampblack, particulate matter, odor concentrations, opacity, BTEX, benzene, xylene, ethyl acrylate, three amine, formaldehyde. Emission concentration limits were provided for these indexs in the standard, and the environmental benefits, economic and technical was analysed. Existing sources, new source, fugitive emission limits were included in the standard: lampblack (15mg/m3,10mg/m3,1.0mg/m3), particulate matter (20mg/m3,10mg/m3, invisible), odor concentration (500,300,20), opacity(<10%<10%), BTEX (15mg/m3,10mg/m3, fugitive emission limits:toluene0.6mg/m3and triethylamine3.0mg/m3), benzene (1.0mg/m3,1.0mg/m3,0.1mg/m3), xylene (10mg/m3,5mg/m3,0.2mg/m3), ethyl acrylate (10mg/m3,5mg/m3,1.0mg/m3), triethylamine (25mg/m3,20mg/m3,0.14mg/m3), formaldehyde (4.5mg/m3,4.5mg/m3,0.2mg/m3).This study firstly proposed air pollutants emission standards for dyeing and finishing industry in the domestic, have advanced and innovative. Through the late evaluation, the standard is feasible in economy and technology. It can provides technical support for future environmental regulation, and has reference and guiding significance for related industries emission standards in future.
