With the rapid development of national economy, more and more applications in oil demand.In the petroleum well drilling mining, petroleum products transportation, petroleum products in petrochemical process will produce a large amount of oily wastewater. Because oil including aromatic hydrocarbons, the resin material, saturated hydrocarbon composition, these pollutants without environmental protection equipment directly into the natural world, it is difficult to be natural environmental self-purification capacity to digest, and residual oil substances in nature, especially destructive to plants and animals. In view of this, in recent years on the oil pollution water governance and research has a very important practical significance.In order to study a kind of oil adsorption rate is high, wide application range, simple and easy operation method, the new treatment of oily wastewater. After several times of stearic acid-modified magnetite powder experiment, study on modified magnetite powder on the adsorption of petroleum wastewater determination test, modification temperature, modification of ultrasonic oscillation when ultrasonic vibration time and stearic acid and magnetite powder mass ratio and other factors which affect on the modification and adsorption were determined with the best the adsorption rate. By scanning electron microscopy analysis of surface properties of magnetite powder, using infrared spectrum analysis on modified magnetite functional groups and chemical bonds, and ultimately to the adsorption and the mechanism of modification for the depth of.At the end of magnetite powder modified by stearic acid, modified magnetite powder success attracted by a magnet, that after modified magnetite and not because of modification and disappearing magnetism. Stearic acid modified magnetite powder, in the time of ultrasonic oscillation experiments, by controlling the time of modification, properties of magnetite powder surface also gradually changed, the magnetite surface has been coated with stearic acid, from hydrophilic to hydrophobic surface modification. When stearic acid are completely coated magnetite powder layer, stearic acid ions present in the solution will be in contact with the surface of magnetite, magnetite reacts with stearic acid coating surface, forming a second layer coating. When the surface modified completely, magnetite powder surface will get rid of the shackles of stearic acid into the solution, this phenomenon has become a solution adsorption phenomena, at the same time, stearic acid ions present in the solution can be adsorbed onto the surface of the solution stearic acid, adsorption capacity and adsorption capacity of this time are the same, namely solution adsorption capacity and adsorption capacity balance. The experimental results show that. when the modification time is35min, the modified effect was the best. Modified when the temperature of magnetite powder modified effect can be ignored, because of the temperature change will only affect the reaction speed, increase or reduce the reaction time, according to the principle of the thermal motion of molecules, modification rate increases with the increase of temperature, so the effect of the modification is not affected, so modified temperature set to normal temperature20℃. In stearic acid and magnetite powder quality than is found in the experiment, the modified initial, modified the effect will be increased with the increase of modifier content, but when modifying agent exceeds a certain amount, not only can improve the effect, but will reduce the modification effect. Experiments show that when the input stearic quality and magnetite acid mass ratio is3.5%when the modification effect is the best.
