Fly ash is a solid waste,mainly from power plants.With the development of society and economy,the output of fly ash increases continuously.If it is not used,not only waste land resources and pollute the air and water,but also have a great burden on the environment.At present,the utilization of fly ash is mainly related to building materials and agriculture,but the utilization rate is not high and the added value is low.We can not effectively use fly ash resources.Fly ash can be used as adsorbent to treat wastewater with performance of adsorption.In this experiment,three groups of modified fly ash were used to study the performance of adsorption.Experimental results show:(1)fly ash which is washed by NaOH is modified by Calcium Oxide for the absorption treatment of wastewater containing Cu2+.This article explores the influence of the ratio of fly ash to calcium oxide and ph and amount of modified fly ash and stiring time for removal efficiency of Cu2+.The results show that the removal rate of Cu2+ can be best with the dosage of modified fly ash is 0.2 g,pH value of 4,the ratio of modified fly ash to wastewater of 10:1 and the contacting time of 80 min.(2)Through the study on the treatment of copper containing wastewater by fly ash coated with chitosan,the influencing factors were studied.Experimental results show:Compared with the original fly ash,the modified fly ash and chitosan modified fly ash have better surface properties.When the chitosan(ml):fly ash(g)is 10:1,the dosage of modified fly ash is 0.5 g,stirring time is 60min,the reaction temperature is 25?,the effect is the best,and the adsorption rate of copper ions is up to 85%.(3)With NaOH and NaHCO3 mixed liquid modified fly ash,the removal rate of oily is better than that of single solution with the optimum ratio of 3:1.The optimum temperature is 600? in the treatment of oily wastewater by modified fly ash.The adsorption rate of oily is up to 85%.
