The thesis includes four chapters, and its' prime task involves the thiazole derivatives, thiazole species Schiff base and other derivatives synthesis research:1. The chapter is a brief review for the research about application values and synthesis methods of thiazole derivatives in recent years. Because of their special configuration, thiazole heterocyclic derivatives have wide-ranging pharmacological and biological activities, such as antifungal, anticancer, antiviral, herbicidal; and they also have a value of applications and researchs in the areas of medicinal chemistry, pesticide, perfume and other fields, more and more scientists have a great interesting on researching them. There are many synthesis methods for thiazole heterocyclic derivatives, some synthesis of them are described comprehensively in this paper; then we put forward background and significance of the research.2. We obtain six compounds of 2-aminothiazoles by using a novel synthesis methods, and the effects of reaction condition on them were studied, and the same time, the reasonable reaction mechanism is deduced; we get 20 thiazole species Schiff base on that basis, also the synthetic conditions of them were studied. All the products and the intermediates were characterized by FT-IR,1H NMR and 13C NMR spectra.3. As an important synthetic intermediate, there is a certain requirement for the 4-Methyl-5-beta-hydroxyethyl thiazole (MHT) in pharmaceutical industry, and the same time, it is a kind of carbene catalyst in some organic reactions. MHT is also used as food additives, which is one of the importnant applications of it; we get MTH by using a new synthesis method,3-acetyl-propanol, a cheap chemical products, as starting materials, and Cl2 was substituted with SO2Cl2 in chlorinationstage; in summation, the experiment is good with low test cost and low toxicity.4. Alibendol, chemical name is 2-hydroxy-N-(2-hydroxyethyl)-3-methoxy-5-(2-propenyl) benzamide is known as choleretic and anti-spasmodic active pharmaceutical ingredient which is useful in treatment urticaria, alimentary intolerance, pruritus and so on; Five kinds of Alibendol's derivatives were first synthesized successfully, and the structures of them were confirmed by FT-IR, 1H NMR spectra.
