These detrimental substances would cause various diseases.Therefore, beside the style, people pay more attention to the comfort of the shoes. A pair ofsuitable shoes could give people comfortable wearing experience and distribute human body’spressure over the foot in a reasonable way the smooth circulation of human blood in the foot isensured. Nowadays, the manufacture of shoe last is mostly in a high-volume productionenvironment, and these shoe lasts are difficult to meet individual foot needs. In order to get thebest design effect of shoe last,this research puts emphasis on making more comfortable shoe lastby more rigorous and scientific design progress—oriented by ergonomic knowledge.Thus,thecomfort degree of such shoe last is ensured. Also, it ensures that the design of shoe last hasadapted to the wearer’s foot and could be clearly reflected in comfort.The results of this article have some achieve ments in improving the comfort ofpersonalized shoe last design.It combinies with reverse engineering, ergonomics and otherdisciplines into the design process and the comfort design of the shoe last has been significantlyameliorated.
