Project Management Research On The EPC General Contract Design Of The Flue Gas De-NO_x Project In Coal-fired Power Plant

With rapid expansion of the flue gas De-NOx EPC contract business, there are many problems in the design process, i.e., the difficulties of management and control the quality, schedule, cost further increase. In this paper, we take the design process of flue gas De-NOx EPC contract project as a "project", and applying the theories and methods of project management to study on the project management scope, project management objective and project case.First, this paper analyzes the scope of the design project management, and proposes the improved EPC contracting design project management process according to the flue gas De-NOx technical characteristics and flue gas De-NOx engineering management features.Then, the project management objective of the flue gas De-NOx EPC contract business are analyzed. We summary the quality, schedule, cost, safety and environmental control processes of the project management and methods. In the study of design quality management objectives, using the quality control as the main line, we analysis the variety factors related with the quality control, put forward and assist the company to establish a engineering design management information platform based on internet technology, which has improved the work efficiency and the design management level. In the study of management objective with the design progress, we summary the design control methods and design planning problems from two aspects of design planning and design schedule control. While in the study of cost management objectives, we introduce the whole process with quota design management, and summary methods of the quota design control.Last, combing with above theoretical research and the specific implementation of project, we study an empirical research of design management. Through analyzing the actual project implementation process, we introduce the application process, apply effects and improvement suggestions of the project management methods in the design process.The quality system control method achieved good results in the actual test,such as the information control method,the critical path method, the limit design method. According to the experience of the actual case, we give some of improve recommendations in the design process, will provide experience to other flue gas denitration of EPC project design management, which may be reference to other flue gas De-NOx EPC contractor project.
