The Research On Interface Management Method And Its Application Of Iron Processing Plant Of Project General Contracting

With the development of construction projects becoming larger and complicated,the traditional management gradually has been unable to meet the current form of the project.Project general contracting is more and more popular,more and more companies involved m project will inevitably lead to a lot of interface problem,so interface management is extremely important.This paper mainly discusses the research on interface management method and application of the iron processing plant.This paper discusses the background and significance of research on the project interface management,enumerating a number of domestic and foreign research on interface management,and probing into the present situation of research on the management of the interface.In addition,the mam research contents of this paper are put forward,listing the content of this paper briefly outlines.Firstly,This paper briefly introduces the theoretical basis of the interface and interface management of the general contracting project of the iron ore dressing plant,including the analysis of two aspects of the iron processing plant and project general contracting,then interface analysis of the iron processing plant are studied from the principle of interface management,interface analysis and method research.Then,it focuses on the harmonious management of the organization interface.It is about the harmonious management of the project organization interface.It introduces the main links of the harmonious management,the determination of the harmonious theme,the harmonious target system,the harmonious scheme system and the harmonious practice system.On the other hand,it focuses on the reengineering of the management process based on ISM method,the research of management process reengineering based on ISM method first introduces the project management process reengineering,and then discusses the research of management process reengineering based on ISM method.Next,the research of BIM technology in organization interface and process interface in Life cycle is discussed.Firstly,BIM application is helpful to optimize organization interface and process interface.Secondly,the application of BIM in design,construction,operation and maintenance,as well as the application in progress,quality and safety are explained respectively.Finally,the characteristics and advantages of BIM technology are analyzed.Finally,based on the theoretical basis of interface and interface,harmonious management,ISM method and BIM technology,combined with a specific case of iron concentrator project,the interface of iron concentrator general contracting project are analyzed,the application of harmonious management,ISM method and BIM technology in the interface of iron concentrator general contracting project is discussed,and the demonstration analysis is carried out.
