Servo drive system is an important part of NC machine tool, in the condition of the same mechanical properties, the matching quality and the servo parameters’s consistence is determining factors of the decision quality and precision of the machine tool. A lot of machine equipment often focus on the mechanical aspects of precision, and don’t have pay enough attention to the electric servo parameters optimization. This paper combines the problems encountered in the actual production, the parameter optimization of servo feed shaft for the purpose, to achieve the best performance of machine tools.The image, detecting tool servo parameter optimization, the permanent magnet synchronous motor, SIEMENS parameter optimization of840Ds1numerical control system, fuzzy PID control are introduced. Based on the manual optimization software of CNC machine tool for research on like doing a lot of experiments, and find out the related rules. Secondly, the fuzzy adaptive PID control method, based on the experimental set up rules table, using MATLAB simulation software to verify the correctness of the conclusion. Finally, conclusions are obtained in the parameter optimization of practical servo, no increase in machine tool hardware, through the optimization of the parameters of servo feed system, can improve the tracking precision machine tool, finally realizes the processing quality.
